Date with the night owl

Yesterday I had a short work day so I decided to take advantage of the 80 degree weather in Orange County. I headed on over to Down Town Fullerton to spend some me,myself and I time to de-stress from the holidays. I didnt have my camera so I used my phone to take some photos of the lovely evening I had.

Some dont understand the simple act of making time for yourself. If you can, go for it. It's not strange to go for a walk alone on a beautiful night.
The Main Entrance of California State University Fullerton. 60s architecture and all.

A view of the warm sun that set that night.

Chilling in front of the First Christian Church.

Fullertons newest coffee shop The Night Owl.

Of course I had to try it out. Cool decor and tasty chai.

A glimpse of the moon from atop the Villa Del Sol building. So Romeo & Juliet.

The Villa Sol was once the California Hotel.

 Beautiful view.

Tree's are lit year round.

The reflection of the sky on the windows was gorgeous.

I wish I could capture this sunset in a bottle and look at it again.

Tumbleweed Snow Man?

It's kinda hard to make a snow man when you live in Sunny Orange County California. Instead you make due with Mother Natures other resources, such as tumbleweeds! Tumbleweeds? Really, yes really.

What do you think of our Tumbleweed Snowman?

Pretty cool.

Christmas Lights in Brea CA

Do you live in Orange County?
Do you like Christmas?
Do you like lights?
Do you have kids?
Do you need some Christmas Cheer?

IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO 3 OR MORE OF THE ABOVE QUESTIONS THEN I CAN HELP YOU!

Last night I went on my yearly Christmas light drive and it was Spectacular! The amount of lights is unbelievable and the cards and people too (haha). You can either drive or walk through this huge Christmas light filled neighborhood in Brea, CA off of Starflower and Birch street.

Go to my Christmas is So-Cal Blog post to find more info and see lots of cool photos from this neighborhood. Not to be missed. This year there is a construction sign guiding traffic its that outta control!

Some guy let me into hit house last year and it was NUTS!

Christmas Lights in The Rain

This week I got to spend some quality time with my friend Emmy whom I haven't had a chance to see in a long time. We went down to Brea to look at the crazy Christmas lights in the pouring rain. Despite the water everywhere we walked for over in an hour and snapped lot's of cool shots. The rain made the lights twinkle more than usual that night. We topped off the night with BJ's happy hour...highly recommended! Thank's Emmy for coming out in the poring rain, I had a wonderful time with you.
